Privacy Policy.
Effective date: 22 May 2026
DewLog ("we", "our", or "the app") is operated by DJUMP, MB, Vilnius, Lithuania. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use DewLog — on the web, on iOS, and on Android.

02 · Information we do not collect
- We do not collect payment or credit-card information. All payments are processed by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat on their platforms.
- We do not collect health data beyond the skin condition information you manually enter.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
03 · How we use your information
- To provide core functionality (tracking products, building routines, logging skin condition, sending expiry alerts).
- To authenticate your account and sync data across your devices.
- To send push notification reminders for routines and product expiry (opt-in).
- To send waitlist or product launch announcements if you signed up on this site (and only those — no marketing newsletters).

04 · Data storage & security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security, meaning only you can access your own skincare data. All data in transit is sent over HTTPS. Progress photos are stored encrypted on your device by default and only synced to the cloud if you explicitly enable end-to-end-encrypted backup.

- RevenueCat — subscription and payment management.
- Apple / Google — sign-in providers.
- Resend — transactional email (waitlist confirmations, contact form forwarding).

06 · Your rights
You may request to view, update, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account directly within the app under Settings, or write to us at start@djump.io. Under the GDPR (Lithuanian / EU law) you also have the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI).
07 · Children's privacy
DewLog is not intended for children under 13 (or under 14 in Lithuania). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors below that age.
08 · Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email; the effective date above always reflects the current version.
